At WE TRAIN PERFORMANCE we believe the key to total fitness is understanding your body.

Your Fitness Assessment will help you learn more about your body weight, composition and measurements, your ideal caloric intake, and your strength, cardio, and flexibility performance.

Any Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer, will help you update your profile with 30-day and 60-day follow-up assessments.

Body Weight and Body Mammon's
Managing your body weight is a part of balancing your calories, both calories "in" and calories "out." Achieving and maintaining healthy weight is key to a long, healthy, life. Of equal importance to changing your weight is how nutrition and exercise can positive] impact your body measurements and overall health. Having an understanding of where you are today will help you identify, monitor and reach your goals for a healthier booking and feeling body tomorrow.

1. Chest Measure at mid-circle (measure from behind)
2. Shoulders Measure around widest circumference (measure from behind)
3. Waist Measure at mid level (measure from the side)
4. Hips With feet together, measure at widest circumference (measure from the ,dide)
5. Right Thigh Measure at widest circumference (measure from the side)
6. Right Calf Measure at widest circumference (measure from the side)
7. Right Arm With hands oil hips, measure at mid-point between shoulder and elbow

All fitness assessment cost $25.00:  assessment consist of weight and measurements, execute a plan of fitness goals, evaluate food/nutrition consumption, set work out dates and payment plans, and complete overview of contract.
