WTP Training Programs



We Train Performance have different types of training programs that we offer to provide the ultimate training experience.

Group Sessions:
Invite friends or group of friends to join you in a group training session.  The group session can be at the comforts of your home, local park, or school with a track.  Group session would include a warm up, cool down, cardio to get the body moving, some strength training using your own body, and if weights are brought to the training session will only sculpt your body more, motivate you to push yourself and see the results within.

Individual Sessions:
One on one session includes stretching before and after your workout.  Personalized training on what specific areas you want to enhance, improve, strengthen.  Will help assist you in getting into the body, shape your are looking for.  Will teach you how to stretch properly, how to ice your body after an extreme work out to repair the body, motivate you and encourage you to be where you want to be.  Give suggestions on what products should be bought to enhance your body, discuss nutrition on what foods are best to eat to gain weight or lose weight.

Student Athletes:
I know what it takes to make it to the next level.  I have a proven track record and my client list will show the students that have gone to college on scholarship and I have the knowledge on what is expected of you in college, and if you start now and have the work ethic will only make you better.  Train with me and I can make you bigger, faster and improve your game and strengthen your weakness to be that all around athlete.  I have connections with some of the college coaches and I know what type of student athletes they are looking for and what is expected of them.  If you do not have the grades to go to a 4 year college, I know coaches at Prep Schools that are recruiting high school athletes on scholarship. 

My goal is to get these student athletes into college with a full ride scholarship.  Whatever I can do to make this happen for you and you are committed to make this happen then I am the trainer for you!  You will not be disappointed and I know I can make you the best athlete in any sport you are in.

BODY By Les Boot Camp:


BODY BY LES BOOT CAMP

 We Train Performance (WTP) introduces Body by Les Boot Camp to all females/males of all ages to come out and enjoy an outdoor experience that will kick your body into gear and shed some weight or tone your body to look your best.  WTP is looking to motivate and inspire you to be fit, have awareness, and understand the importance of fitness and staying in shape for health purposes.  Fit for LIFE is our motto and will continue to educate people the importance of good healthy choices and maintain them.

BODY By Les offers exceptional fitness experience for all ages, body types, fitness level, shapes and sizes.  The camp offers stretching before and after a workout, cardio to jump start your heart, strength training to test and tone your muscles, introduce new techniques and exercises, and motivate you and to see results within  a month.  Being consistent will only benefit you and will see results quicker.  We are here to help you and not discourage you to come back, therefore, the training we will be doing is not complicated.  We are not here to drill you like a military, but are here to jump start your training program and continue to do it at home on the days we will not be meeting.

Committed Campers will see results quicker and results will vary on camper’s dedication within a month:

·         See inches being shed all around

·         Weighing 5lb - 7lb less

·         Reducing body fat 5% - 8%

·         Feeling better and have more energy

WTP with Body by Les will teach safe and effective exercise, teaching proper form and technique to eliminate injury.  It is a fun and effective way to get into shape and learn ways to stay in shape and form your body into the body you have been wanting.  We will be scheduling workout sessions at a local high school track.  See dates below.
