At HPS, we believe performance isn’t just for athletes — it’s for everyone who wants to live, move, and feel better.

Our philosophy is built on three pillars:

  • Strength that lasts. We train movements, not just muscles, because life demands more than isolated reps.

  • Recovery that restores. Training works best when your body can heal, adapt, and come back stronger.

  • Longevity that matters. Fitness is not a fad — it’s a way to prevent injuries, resist illness, and keep doing what you love for decades to come.

Exercise should be science-backed, but also fun. That’s why our work happens indoors, outdoors, and sometimes even underwater — because movement belongs everywhere.

 Meet Eric Wilson — Coach. Mentor. Humanitarian.

Eric has been immersed in sport and performance for more than 20 years. His rugby career began at Plymouth State University, where he earned national recognition, and he went on to win a national D3 men’s club championship with the Boston Irish Wolfhounds in 2007.

As a coach, Eric has worked with Lasell College, Babson College, and internationally in Brazil — bringing his passion for movement, strength, and resilience to athletes of all levels.

But his mission doesn’t stop at training. In 2017, he founded the OFoundation, a Boston-based nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities where they are scarce — through education, sport, and the arts. The OFoundation’s initiative, Rugbi Ayiti, is helping to establish Haiti’s men’s and women’s national rugby teams, giving young athletes in one of the world’s most underserved countries the chance to learn, compete, and thrive.

Eric’s work blends performance and purpose: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more resilient — while using sport as a tool for global opportunity.
