The Longevity Blueprint is the foundation of Human Performance Specialist (HPS) — a $200/month remote coaching program designed to help adults build lasting strength, move better, and perform for life.

Created by Eric Wilson, a Human Performance Specialist with more than 20 years of experience coaching athletes and everyday movers, The Longevity Blueprint bridges the science of performance with the art of sustainable living. It is fitness built to last — not just for your next race or season, but for the next decade.

A Proven Approach to Strength and Recovery

At HPS, we believe true performance extends beyond workouts. The Longevity Blueprint integrates resistance training, mobility, recovery, and lifestyle habits to build a body that stays strong, balanced, and injury-resistant.

Every program begins with a movement evaluation, conducted either in person or remotely. Clients record a few simple exercises — like a squat or single-leg stance — which Eric analyzes to identify imbalances, compensation patterns, and opportunities for improvement. From there, you’ll receive a fully customized plan designed around your goals, equipment, and fitness level.

Each month includes a structured progression cycle and an evaluation to measure results, adapt programming, and ensure continuous improvement.

Exercise

Structured resistance training combined with cardiovascular and mobility work. You’ll learn how to train at the right intensity — not too hard, not too easy — to maximize results while reducing injury risk.

We ask for a three-month minimum to ensure meaningful progress and habit formation, but most clients continue far beyond that because the results speak for themselves.
